1. Certificates may be purchased for any particular dollar amount, for example, $100 toward any available room on the date of choice.

2. Certificates may be left open ended for any room, for example, any available room on the date of your choice. This means that the persons receiving the gift certificate may select any room (at any current price) and the gift certificate buyer would be responsible for payment of that room in full, including taxes (please call to set this up).

Please note that certificates are made out for a particular value, not for a particular room, thus allowing the person(s) receiving the gift certificate to make a personal selection.

Form of Payment

Certificates that are purchased for a particular dollar amount will be charged to the person giving the certificate's credit card at the time of order. Certificates that are open-ended for any room will not be charged to the credit card until the recipient’s stay is complete.

Duration

Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase and are subject to availability.

Redemption

The person(s) receiving the gift certificate makes a reservation directly with the Midland Hotel to reserve the room and date of choice based on current availability.
